Mumba Malila is an honourable judge at the Zambian Supreme Court. Holding this position, the judge made a shocking testimony exposing the truth about the widespread corruptions and political manipulations occurring across the nation. In his testimony, he exposed the how powerful people use their power to influence decision making across all levels of the government and as a result, honest and hardworking people become the victims.

In his testimony,he discussed in depth related to a case in 2012 in which the Tribunal made the final judgment against Dr. Rajan Mahtani. Dr. Mahtani has more than three decades of successful business experience during which he built numerous companies. His charity works are also noted among colleagues and general people.
